Located in downtown Washington, DC, our law firm is known as a national leader in federal public sector employment law. The firm was founded with a focus on representing the federal career senior executive service, managers and supervisors, and federal law enforcement officers. Because of proven success representing individual federal employees, federal employing agencies sought our legal services to help them with their most complex personnel matters.  Many federal agencies turn to us to conduct sensitive workplace investigations and assist with defending EEO complaints or taking personnel actions involving high level employees and other sensitive positions within agencies.  For decades, we have provided the federal employer with quality, cost-efficient solutions for their most challenging employment matters.  Battle-tested by our experience with the comprehensive set of laws, rules, and regulations governing the federal workforce, we are well-suited to help any employer navigate its unique set of workplace problems.
